In April 2026, we implemented a major upgrade in our production department: the addition of the new Gleason P600/800ES electronic helical shaping machine.

Our goal has always been to offer our customers the highest level of precision and reliability in gear cutting. With this new investment, we are not just adding a machine of excellence to our fleet; we are making a genuine technological leapthat redefines our manufacturing capabilities.

The introduction of the Gleason P600/800ES allows us to overcome geometric constraints and optimize delivery times, while ensuring even higher quality standards:

• Expanded range of machining capabilities: Thanks to electronic guide technology, we can now produce internal and external helical gears with centesimal precision and complex profiles that were previously impossible to achieve using traditional methods.

• Excellent quality and repeatability: The structural rigidity and thermal control of the Gleason machine ensure an impeccable surface finish and extremely tight tolerances on every single component.
